MES Application And Event Notification Of Enterprise Internal Training

On June 3rd, the enterprise internal training with the theme of “MES application & event notification” started on time in the PTI multi-functional conference hall. This training course was given by Ye Jun, a senior application engineer. The whole course is divided into five chapters: the traditional application of ICT equipment, the big data application of ICT equipment, the implementation process of PTI equipment, the introduction of common functions and the description of application scenarios, which are explained in detail from the application layer to the underlying principle.

With the popularization of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0, MES system, which can provide enterprises with management modules including manufacturing data management, planning and scheduling management, production scheduling management, inventory management, quality management, human resource management, work center/equipment management, tools and tools management, procurement management, cost management, project kanban management, production process control, bottom data integration analysis and upper data integration decomposition, has become the first choice for traditional manufacturing enterprises to realize transformation and upgrading. The electrical measuring equipment of PTI is an indispensable part in the production process, so it is particularly important to access MES system to realize centralized control. This is also our technical upgrade for traditional ICT.

Because the course is too professional, many small partners in the civilian class listened in a fog. Fortunately, Manager Li of the technical service department explained it in more popular language for everyone, and everyone returned to reality from the cloud.

No matter what industry we are in, we should constantly charge ourselves to learn and accept new things. Non-technical personnel don’t have to delve into how it is realized, but they must know its logic and understand its application. After this training class, I believe that everyone has a certain understanding of the relationship between PTI equipment and MES system, and also laid a good foundation for our later business development and teamwork.
