PTI 2023 Customer Training Meeting

On June 30th, the theme “focusing on electrical survey and forecasting the future -PTI 2023 customer training meeting “was successfully held in PTI Dongguan operation headquarters. This is the first offline training meeting after the epidemic was released. The activity has been widely concerned and supported by customers and friends. More than 50 engineers and technicians from 21 enterprises were present, including customers from Jiangxi in addition to surrounding cities such as Zhongshan, Shenzhen and Huizhou in Guangdong. Everyone’s enthusiasm for learning deeply touched everyone in PTI.

In order to make the participants have a better learning atmosphere and interactive space, we started preparations at the beginning of the month and mobilized all departments to participate in the implementation of the activities. While ensuring the orderly logistics reception and giving participants a sense of belonging, we paid special attention to the setting of the training process, which integrated a series of processes such as courseware telling, physical demonstration, practical exercises between classes, targeted question answering and classroom testing. After the whole training, we fully felt everyone’s concentration.

After the training, we pushed an anonymous satisfaction questionnaire survey on the spot, which gained a lot of affirmation and valuable suggestions from everyone. From the survey table, we can see that everyone is seriously involved, feeling and experiencing.

At the end of the training session, we held a resumption meeting, which affirmed the efforts of our families and summarized and analyzed the shortcomings in the implementation process. I believe we will do better next time.
