Boundary Scan

The PTI Boundary Scan Series includes two models—PTI-Boundary Scan and PTI-Boundary Scan Pro—designed to meet different boundary scan testing needs. Featuring TCK frequencies from 2 MHz to 50 MHz, 2–4 TAP channels, and USB 2.0/3.0 or LAN interfaces, the series supports a DC 0–5 V voltage range with high resolution and flexible GPIO options. Compatible with LabVIEW, C#, and VB, PTIs boundary scan solutions provide reliable, efficient, and scalable testing performance for diverse electronic manufacturing applications.
