PTI The first internal training in April “SMT whole line analysis”

On April 8th, the second training of PTI in April was held as scheduled. The theme of this training was “SMT whole line analysis”. PTI is committed to the research and development and manufacture of SMT whole line test equipment, and it is one of the few brands with independent intellectual property rights in China. Jiang Xue, marketing director of PTI, gave a lecture on this training. Thanks to more than ten years of industry experience, General Manager Jiang used many easy-to-understand words to explain it, so that everyone, especially new colleagues, could understand and absorb it more easily.

The whole training was rich and interesting, starting with a video demonstration, and watching the cool application scene video, I instantly felt that my work had become taller. The lens is followed by a PCB, and the whole process is completed from the upper plate, solder paste printing, automatic optical inspection (SPI), patch, reflow soldering, optical appearance inspection (AOI), ICT testing, plug-in, wave soldering, ICT testing, FCT testing, etc. It is very intuitive and vivid. Everyone’s interest in learning was immediately raised.

In order to understand our industry more intuitively, Mr. Jiang also prepared various types of circuit boards and gave you a course on electronic components by the way. And some key words involved in PTI equipment are analyzed, such as: test point, needle implantation rate, TestJet and so on.

This training lasted for nearly 2 hours, and everyone was still unfinished. In the interactive sessions afterwards, they expressed their feelings and put forward good suggestions for the later training content.
