ICT Testing Modules
Resistance measurement mode, capacitance measurement mode, inductance measurement mode, diode measurement module, and quick open – short circuit testing mode.

Multi – channel Voltage Acquisition Module
It can perform fast voltage measurement among 256 channel points. The measurement points are completely controlled by the host computer, and there is no need for excessive wiring.

Communication Debugging and Expanded GPIO Module
The communication debugging module supports the generation of timing sequences for common communication protocols such as SPI and I²C. The GPIO module can replace the IO expansion card to achieve control functions.

Pressing Platform Module
This module has control and protection functions for the pressing platform. It can output PASS and FAIL signals through the control of the host computer to meet the automation requirements.
