PTI Quarterly Team Activities

On June 17th, PTI launched a quarterly league building activity with the theme of “Advanced Rhythm, Flying Team”. Under the careful arrangement of the executive sister, we had a lively and happy day.

At the beginning of the activity, Miss Executive led us to do warm-up exercises to fully prepare our bodies for the next challenge. Everyone is doing various stretching exercises and strength training together, which not only exercises the body, but also enhances the feelings between the teams.

Then, we entered a spinning course. This is an immersive experience that makes us feel the fun and challenges of sports. Accompanied by music, we Qi Xin stepped on the pedal with concerted efforts, and sweat flashed on our foreheads, but everyone showed the spirit of persistence and hard work. Through this course, we not only exercised, but also cultivated the sense of teamwork and collective honor.

After the exercise, everyone went to a nearby food stall for dinner. The table was full of delicious food, and the aroma of barbecue came to the nose. We tasted the delicacy of grilled fish, the crispness of barbecue and the freshness of oysters, and each bite brought us endless satisfaction and pleasure. In the laughter, we exchanged bits and pieces of work and life with each other, which deepened the emotional bond between team members.

This group building activity not only released our body and mind during the exercise, but also deepened the understanding and trust among team members. We have experienced sweat and laughter together, worked hard and struggled together, and gained the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. We believe that in the future work, we will meet all kinds of challenges with higher enthusiasm and team spirit and jointly create more brilliant achievements.
