PTI Commending Yuan Haidong, an “innovative expert”

Innovation is the cornerstone of enterprise’s survival and development. Before innovation, we need to know how to observe, find problems, find reasons, have plans, implement and achieve results.

In our daily work and life, as long as we learn to observe, we will find that there are many repetitive tasks. Do you choose to repeat them habitually or do you want to solve them once through technical means?

In the reception hall of PTI, there is a TV for playing corporate promotional videos. During working hours, you need to manually turn on the TV and select the video in the mobile storage device to play. It needs to be repeatedly opened and closed many times every day, and it can’t be played normally because of the late arrival or leave of absence of managers. After discovering this problem, Yuan Gong quickly finalized the solution by communicating with department leaders. I wrote a series of programs, with less than 10 yuan of hardware, which realized the function of automatically turning on and off the TV at regular intervals and playing the video of the mobile storage device.
